This Saturday the City of Torrance is hosting their annual Armed Forces Day Celebration. We have received special arrival instructions to the LA Galaxy Soccer Center from the City. Please review the below notes and maps.
🚨 Important: These street closures are planned and managed by the City of Torrance. The LA Galaxy Soccer Center does not control, manage, or have the ability to adjust these closures. We are sharing the information below exactly as provided by the City to help you plan your arrival.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Please plan to arrive early to account for traffic and detours
- Front parking lot will be CLOSED
- Back parking lot and California St. will remain open for parking
- Enter through the front door of the Soccer Center
ARRIVAL ROUTES
If you plan to arrive BEFORE 11:00AM:
Please follow this City-designated route:
- Take Crenshaw Blvd
- Turn onto Maricopa St
- Turn right on Alaska Ave
- Turn left on California St
The following streets will be closed by the City:
- Maple Ave: Torrance Blvd → Del Amo Blvd
- Torrance Blvd: Madrona Ave → Crenshaw Blvd
If you plan to arrive AFTER 11:00AM:
Please follow this City-designated route:
- Take Del Amo Blvd
- Turn onto Maple Ave
- Turn left onto California St
The following streets will be closed by the City:
- Torrance Blvd: Madrona Ave to Western Ave
- Crenshaw Blvd: Carson St to Del Amo Blvd
- Madrona Ave: Torrance Blvd to Del Amo Blvd
