LA GALAXY YOUTH CAMP DETAILS

What is included in Camp registration?

Each Camp includes professional training, two LA Galaxy branded camp shirts, sack pack + water bottle, and an LA Galaxy Certificate of Completion. In addition to the previously listed, Elite Campers receive an Adidas backpack an individual player evaluation.

What should Campers bring with them to Camp?

All Campers should bring soccer cleats or flats, athletic clothes, shin guards, a water bottle and their own soccer ball.

How many days does each Camp run?

Our Camps vary in length dependent on the type of Camp and the time of year. YOUTH DEVELOPMENT & STRIKER/KEEPER: In the Summer, our Youth Development Camps run for four days (Monday-Thursday). For Fall and Winter, our Camps are three days (Friday-Sunday or Monday-Wednesday). ELITE: Our Elite Camps, historically only in the Summer, run for five days (Monday-Friday). If we have any in the Winter/Spring, they tend to be half day for three days (Friday-Sunday).For the most up to date schedule, visit the Camps page.

What are the hours of Camp?

Our Camps vary in time dependent on the type of Camp and the time of year. YOUTH DEVELOPMENT: In the Summer, our Half Day Camps will run from 9AM-12PM. During the Fall, they will run on Friday from 5PM-8PM and Saturday/Sunday 9AM-12PM. STRIKER KEEPER & ELITE: These will run from 9AM-12PM (Half Day option) or 9AM-3PM (Full Day option) in the Summer. Can my player be scouted by attending Camp?

Yes, we use all of our Camps as scouting opportunities for our own Academy and professional teams. We have identified multiple players from camp who currently play in our Academy.

How do you put the Campers in groups?

We separate players by age first. After Camp begins, our LA Galaxy Camp Staff will move players to other groups if we determine their current group doesn’t present a challenge. Each group will have no more than 12-15 Campers. If you have any concerns prior to the Camp, please email us at programs@lagalaxy.com.

Can my child be in the same group as his or her friends?

Yes. Please contact the Youth Programming Team at programs@lagalaxy.com before the Camp to make arrangements. We will do our best to make this happen- but we cannot guarantee changes will be made.

Can I stay and watch my Camper during the Camp?

Viewing restrictions differ per Camp and will be communicated on the Camp Details document leading up to the Camp start date.

Do Camps at Dignity Health Sports Park take place inside the stadium?

Unless otherwise noted, all Camps will take place on one of the outside training fields at Dignity Health Sports Park.

What other locations do you host Camps?

Currently we host Camps at Dignity Health Sports Park, LA Galaxy Sports Complex (Torrance), Glendale Sports Complex and multiple locations in Orange County. If your Club/organization has a good location for a Camp, please fill out this INTEREST FORM to start the conversation! Once completed, an LA Galaxy Youth Programming team member will contact you to discuss your individual Camp. Please note, price will vary dependent on your specific organizations request.

How do I register for camp?

Find your desired Camp and click on “Register Now”. Follow the prompt to register and pay.

Are there payment plans available?

We understand that many families in our community may be experiencing financial challenges during this difficult time. During registration you can pay in full or select the available payment plan.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. We offer return Camper (eligibility refreshes each year), sibling, group (6+ Campers) and team (11+ Campers) discounts. Please email programs@lagalaxy.com or call LA Galaxy Programs at (310) 630-2287 for more information. Registrants may only use one discount code per registration. If you enter two discount codes, you will be refunded the amount of the lesser discount code.

Do you offer a Season Ticket Member discount?

Yes, a discount of 20%. Please email programs@lagalaxy.com or call LA Galaxy Programs at (310) 630-2287 to retrieve the discount code. Registrants may only use one discount code per registration. If you enter two discount codes, you will be refunded the amount of the lesser discount code.

What is the refund/cancellation policy?

If a registration is cancelled two weeks prior to the first day of Camp, you will receive a full refund. If a cancellation is received within two weeks from the first day of Camp, a 10% cancellation fee will be held from your registration cost. If a registration is cancelled a week prior to the first day of Camp, a 20% cancellation fee will be held from your registration cost.

What if we cannot attend every day of Camp?

If you can only attend a portion of Camp, we will pro-rate the cost. Please email programs@lagalaxy.com for more information.

Do you accept walk up registrations?

Yes, as long as the Camp is not at capacity. Please email programs@lagalaxy.com or call LA Galaxy Programs at (310) 630-2287 to find out if your desired Camp has space.

Do you accept check or cash upon check-in?

Yes, but online registration is your easiest and more secure way to register. Please make the check payable to LA Galaxy.
